Who We Are Looking For We’re seeking a dynamic, inspirational leader who can: • Drive outstanding educational and therapeutic provision for young people with Autism Spectrum Continuum and additional complex needs, • Translate vision into strategy, embedding our mission to unlock potential, support growth, and raise aspirations, • Motivate and develop staff, building a collaborative environment where everyone works together to achieve remarkable outcomes, • Relevant experience in working with young people/young adults with autism spectrum disorders and/or challenging behaviour, • Leadership experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher in a Complex Special Needs School, • Knowledge of Ofsted procedures/inspections and experience working with School Improvement Partners, • Budget management experience ensuring efficiency and compliance At Outcomes First Group, we listen, collaborate, and take responsibility for each other and our pupils.
