We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented City Cleaner & Key Holder to manage cleaning and access for flats in Leeds city centre. This role is ideal for someone trustworthy, organised, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out high-standard cleaning of residential flats before and after viewings
Hold and manage keys securely for multiple properties
Open and lock flats for scheduled viewings and inspections
Ensure properties are presented to a high standard at all times
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
Follow health, safety, and security procedures
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience (professional or domestic preferred)
Trustworthy and responsible with key-holding duties
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and reliably
Punctual, flexible, and professional
Based in or able to travel easily to Leeds city centre
