Executive Assistant – Hospitality Group (London Based)
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a dynamic and fast-growing hospitality group. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and international itineraries
Prepare, assist in producing, and present financial analysis, management reports, and business plans
Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across business units
Coordinate projects across departments, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Organise meetings, events, and executive communications

Flexible with working hours and available for international travel
London-based with excellent written and verbal communication skills
