We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and hands-on Reservations/Reception Manager. Responsibilities: - Guest Reservations: Manage the end-to-end reservation process, from handling inquiries to confirming bookings, with a focus on accuracy and personalised service. - Guest Experience: Act as a primary point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Azura’s hospitality. - Table Management: Efficiently allocate and manage table bookings to optimize capacity while ensuring comfort and exceptional service for all guests. - Email Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and booking requests received via email, maintaining a friendly and clear tone. - Hands-On Service: Collaborate closely with the hostess and restaurant team to assist with guest check-ins, accommodate special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. - Feedback & Insights: Gather guest feedback, identify trends, and share insights with management to continuously elevate the guest experience. Requirement: - A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. - Previous experience in reservations or front-of-house roles. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanour. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in reservation software (Ideally Sevenrooms) Morning OR evening shift available. You will represent the Azura brand, engaging with passersby and encouraging them to visit or explore our offerings. Responsibilities: - Hand out flyers to the public in high-traffic areas. - Provide basic information about Azura and current promotions. - Answer simple inquiries or direct people to our social media accounts/venue for more details. - Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times. Requirements: - Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. - Punctual and dependable. - Previous experience in promotional or street marketing is a plus. Pay & Incentives: - Competitive hourly rate. - Customer Conversion Bonus: For every new customer who mentions receiving a flyer or brings in the flyer, you’ll earn a set bonus (£2 per customer). This job is an excellent opportunity for those who love to be active & outdoors. It is super flexible as you are in charge of where and when you work. We work all over Greater London but most of our shifts are located near South Kensington, London Bridge, Tottenham Court Road, Liverpool St. You will work 1-5 shifts per week at 4 hours per shift. You will start on £9 per hour up to £12 per hour plus bonus of up to £8 per hour on conversions. Previous leafleting experience is not essential as training will be given. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a decent level of strength and fitness, walk at a reasonably fast pace and have good map reading/planning skills or have a positive attitude towards the learning process which will be taught by both the supervisor and the people you are paired with. You will work as a Self-employed freelancer. You are in charge of when, where and how much you work. You are responsible for your own tax returns, expenses, invoices etc. Please note* We do not guarantee any number of shifts as this varies from week to week and depends on how much work we have coming in. *Please note: The job requires you to speak a good level of English as you will be taking instructions from a supervisor on each shift & work with other distributors.
