The Black Empowerment, Enrichment & Support Service (BEES CIC) provides counselling, advice and advocacy services, delivered professionals Community. We believe that professionals who are representative of the community group, can fast-track engagement and instil confidence whilst applying a holistic and intersectional lense to the issue at hand.
For members of the community safe engagement may be enhanced, even minimally, by working with professional who has the lived experience of the wider community.
An Advocate represents the client by listening, understanding and voicing their concerns and desires. In instances where the client may not have felt heard, understood or listened to, BEES believe that it is everyone’s right to be heard, understood and acknowledged.
Are you an experienced Advocate or Advisor who can signpost and support BEES Clients with challenges around, Employment, Housing, general health concerns, Education, Mental Health, Domestic, sexual violence and abuse?
If so – introduce yourself – we are listening.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be carried out for this position.
The successful applicant will be provided with a laptop and mobile specifically for use in this role.
