Venue Manager – Pinky Burger Foundry Hospitality Group is looking for a friendly, energetic and highly organised Venue Manager to take care of the day-to-day running of Pinky Burger, our new burger, cocktail and karaoke concept in Balham. This isn’t a traditional restaurant management role. Pinky has a deliberately simple food operation, QR-code ordering, a dedicated bar person and support from our Operations Manager. What we need is someone who can take ownership of the venue and make sure every shift runs brilliantly.
