Lettings admin apprentice
Must want a to start a career in the lettings industry!
Various admin duties to include, but not limited too;
Creation of documents,
Emails to be sorted and replied too,
Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls,
Booking of appointments for tenants/landlords and contractors,
Learning the legislation on all aspects of the lettings industry,
Assisting the Head of lettings with any required admin duties.
Full training and qualifications provided by the company to ensure that you work through each stage of you training, obtain the knowledge required to become a successful lettings administrator who has the ability to progress within the company.
