Customer Service Advisor: Interacts with customers, assesses their vehicle issues, provides cost estimates, and communicates repair options and timelines. Duties of the post: Develop creative and engaging marketing materials in Chinese and English that resonate with the China Ark’s target customers in the Chinese community in the UK.
