A well established and successful financial company providing the highest level of service to national and international clients for their mortgage finance and protection requirements. The Role To provide an exceptional high level of service in arranging mortgages for UK and international clients looking to purchase property in the following areas: 1. Residential 2. Buy to Let 3. New Build 4. Commercial The Ideal candidate will:  Be fully CeMAP qualified  Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with a mortgage brokerage or financial institution.  Have their own transport  Ideally be degree qualified  Have a solid grounding in the workings of the UK property and mortgage market  Be an effective communicator and be able to liaise with clients, agents, solicitors, and lenders effectively and efficiently  Be able to prioritise work loads and react to fast changing situations  Be able to generate new business from existing client bank and new areas.
