As a Lifestyle Manager you will work with a Lifestyle Assistant to engage with residents to see what types of meaningful activities they would like to do, through learning about their life history, hobbies and interests. Encourage residents to take part in group and individual activities in the home and in the wider community, with the staff team, 7 days a week, ensure all activities planned, are tailored to the needs and abilities of the residents. Welcome and increase community links with organisations outside the home to work alongside us.
