KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · To discusses customer’s requirements and may advise customers on the purchase of property and land for investment and other purposes. · To assist clients in securing financing for property purchases by recommending suitable mortgage providers and explaining financing options. · To conducts or arranges for structural surveys of properties and undertakes any necessary valuations of property or agricultural land. · To ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and zoning laws when advising on property transactions and development. · To negotiates land or property purchases, sales, leases or tenancy agreements and arranges legal formalities with solicitors, building societies and other parties. · To makes inventories of property for sale, advises vendor of suitable reserve price, issues catalogues, conducts auction, notes bids and records sale. · To assess the environmental impact of properties and ensure any necessary adjustments to meet sustainability standards. · To maintain up-to-date records of property sales, leases, or transfers and provide clients with regular updates on market conditions. Experience in the similar role for 3 years is desirable. This is a physical role which includes general cleaning duties, use of equipment, laundry duties, collecting linens, and other various equipment / products for different types of clean. ***Job Summary*** We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and clients. We are looking for individuals who are naturally compassionate and dependable, and having a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential. ***Duties*** This is a physical role which includes general cleaning duties, use of equipment, laundry duties, collecting linens, and other various equipment / products for different types of clean. Examples of duties: - Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Sanitise surfaces and touchpoints to prevent the spread of germs - Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately - Restock supplies - Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs ***Skills*** - Ability to drive to different work locations - Proficient in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively - Strong customer service skills to interact with staff and clients - Good communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members - Dedicated & driven - Able to commit to some weekend shifts generally between the hours of 10am - 3pm - Able to use own initiative - Flexible.
