Role Overview This leadership role will involve managing the delivery of mental health services, supervising clinical and support staff, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and contributing to the strategic development of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of mental health services in Exeter and surrounding areas. Manage, support, and supervise a team of mental health professionals. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, clinical governance, and quality assurance standards. Develop and implement service improvement plans. Work collaboratively with commissioners, NHS partners, and community organisations. Produce service performance reports for senior leadership. Essential Requirements A degree in psychology, counselling, mental health nursing, social work, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior or management-level mental health role. Strong understanding of mental health legislation and safeguarding. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Desirable Experience working in community or voluntary sector mental health services. Registration with a professional body (e.g., BACP, HCP, NMC). Experience with service commissioning or working within NHS frameworks. We are currently seeking an experienced all rounder for a stand alone Management Accountant role that will work within the companies operational management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing Management Accountant to work directly with a hands on Managing Director in a role that will offer lots of variety and opportunity within a collaborative and supportive environment. The Role: As the Management Accountant, you'll provide the production of accurate and timely financial information to drive commercial decision-making. This role will involve a range of operational and transactional finance provision and will appeal to an accounting professional who has grown their experience in hands on roles ideally within small business environments where they have gained grass roots to management accounting provision.
