Reed Further Education is recruiting for a Curriculum Performance Lead – Engineering & Electrical on behalf of a leading Further Education provider. This is an exciting opportunity to combine operational leadership with a small teaching commitment while helping shape the future of technical education. Make an Impact As a Curriculum Performance Lead, you will lead a team of lecturers, assessors and technicians, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and assessment across Engineering and Electrical provision. You'll drive curriculum improvement, monitor performance, support staff development, and work closely with employers to create meaningful opportunities for learners.
