Estates Campus Manager Location: Worksop (with travel across sites)Salary: £39,372 per annum + benefitsHours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (all year round)Contract: Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Estates Campus Manager to lead a large, multi-site estates function. This is a high-impact leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape and enhance learning environments, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and future-ready. You will oversee estates and facilities operations, drive strategic initiatives, lead procurement and contract management, and support capital projects and continuous improvement across sites. Key Responsibilities Estates & Facilities Leadership • Lead and develop the Estates team, including performance, wellbeing, recruitment, and rotas, • Oversee maintenance, compliance, cleaning, and site operations, • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance, minor works, and capital projects Procurement & Contract Management • Manage supplier contracts through KPIs and SLAs, • Conduct reviews, manage risk, and oversee tendering and renewals, • Drive value for money and sustainability through effective procurement Health, Safety & Compliance • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintenance schedules, • Lead audits, inspections, and resolve non-compliance issues, • Manage emergency procedures including evacuations, lockdowns, and PEEPs Sustainability & Environmental Management • Monitor carbon, water, and waste data, • Implement sustainability strategies and support net zero goals, • Identify improvements to reduce environmental impact Stakeholder & Project Management • Act as key contact for contractors, local authorities, and providers, • Lead project delivery ensuring quality, safety, and safeguarding standards, • Collaborate internally to support operational needs About You • Proven experience in estates/facilities management (education or complex sites desirable), • Strong leadership and team management experience, • Knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and maintenance frameworks, • Experience in procurement and supplier/contract management, • Ability to lead audits and drive service improvements Qualifications • Level 2 English and Maths, • Facilities Management qualification, • Strong IT skills All applicants will be subject to referencing (2 years) and a DBS check.
