As we embark on an ambitious growth journey, we are seeking a high-caliber UK Head of Sales to drive our UK sales strategy and performance. Role Overview. The UK Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the UK sales function, overseeing all major retail relationships, and delivering against ambitious sales growth targets. This is a senior, strategic role that requires a proven leader with deep experience in sales management, particularly within consumer electronics or related sectors. The successful candidate will report directly to the senior management team and play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial direction of our UK business. Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the UK sales organisation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth targets., • Drive the achievement of sales targets through effective planning, execution, and performance management., • Oversee and strengthen relationships with major UK retail partners, acting as a senior point of contact for key accounts., • Develop and implement robust sales strategies to maximise revenue, market share, and profitability., • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform commercial decisions and identify new business opportunities., • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture., • Establish and monitor KPIs and sales metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the senior management team., • Oversee the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements with key retail partners., • Collaborate cross-functionally with trade marketing, logistics, and merchandising teams to support sales initiatives and ensure operational excellence., • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a senior sales management or leadership role, preferably within consumer electronics, FMCG, or a related sector., • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing high-value retail accounts., • Outstanding leadership and people management skills, with experience leading experienced and diverse sales teams., • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills., • Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting, data analysis, and performance reporting., • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., • Competitive base salary and industry-leading performance-based bonus scheme., • Opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing sales function within a respected and growing business., • Exposure to leading global brands and extensive retailer networks., • Supportive, professional, and ambitious company culture.
