

The Role
As our Domiciliary Care Administrator, you will provide vital operational and clerical support to our management and field care teams. You will often be the first point of contact for clients, their families, and our care workers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordination & Scheduling: Assist with coordinating and scheduling domiciliary care visits using our electronic care planning software.
· Record Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client and staff electronic records.
· Communication: Liaise professionally with care workers, clients, families, and health and social care professionals.
· Compliance Support: Help ensure all office systems meet regulatory standards and assist with routine audits and reports.
· Onboarding & HR Admin: Support the recruitment process, reference checks, training tracking, and new-starter paperwork.
· General Office Duties: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and post, managing enquiries with empathy and clarity.
What We Are Looking For:
· Experience: Previous administrative experience; background or strong interest in health, social care, or domiciliary care is an advantage.
· IT Literate: Confident using computers, MS Office, and database/roster systems.
· Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner, polite written communication, and a compassionate approach.
· Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and pay close attention to detail.
· Requirements: Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
