Description Project Administrator/Coordinator Location: This is a Hybrid role. This role will have an element of working from home or Leidos Facility, with frequent travel to customer sites in the South of Clearance Required: This role will require attainment and maintenance of SC clearance Leidos is seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated PMO Administrator/Coordinator to join our team on a complex and significant programme of work. What will I be doing? • Uphold and ensure governance standards across the programme., • Document decisions and actions from governance meetings and ensure timely follow-up., • Maintain accurate records and reporting to support programme governance and compliance., • Support the Programme Management Office (PMO) in delivering consistent processes and controls., • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment. What does Leidos need from me? • Previous experience working in a PMO environment within a programme or portfolio setting., • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail., • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment., • Proficient in standard office tools and familiar with programme management frameworks.
