Duties:
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping using various software programs.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing meeting materials
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
    Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

    Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
    Expected hours: 40 per week
