Job Opening: Part-Time Admin Assistant/Personal Assistant
Sector: Trades
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Hours: 5 hours per week
Pay: £13 per hour (Flexibility for overtime during busy periods)
Basis: Self Employed

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Admin Assistant/Personal Assistant to support our growing trades business. If you have strong administrative skills, excellent spoken English, and relevant experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly
  • Speak to clients on the phone, providing excellent customer service
  • Compile detailed reports, quotations, invoices, and receipts
  • Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the trades sector
  • Exceptional spoken and written English skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
