Sellers Leisure Ltd is seeking a reliable, hands-on warden couple to manage all aspects of daily park operations at Colchester Country Park, a 14-acre site.
This is a varied and physically demanding role requiring practical, proactive people who take pride in their work. Responsibilities include general maintenance and handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrics, painting, decorating, decking, building, and grounds upkeep including cutting grass and trimming hedges. The couple will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the park, including toilet blocks, lodges, and touring caravans, ensuring the site is always presented to the highest standard.
Office and administrative duties are also essential, including check-ins, check-outs, customer enquiries, and promoting, advertising, and selling lodges. A strong focus on sales, customer service, and efficient day-to-day management of the park is required.
Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role and hold a full UK driving licence. Only reliable, hardworking individuals will be considered – no lazy people or time-wasters.
