Your responsibilities will include: • Preparing fresh ingredients to Urban Greens standards., • Washing, chopping and portioning vegetables and other ingredients., • Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times., • Safely storing and rotating deliveries (FIFO)., • Managing stock to reduce wastage and report shortages where necessary., • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen and prep areas., • Adhering to daily cleaning schedules., • Upholding high standards in appearance, punctuality and conduct., • Working closely with the team to ensure all preparation is completed before service begins.
