Duties:
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Assess patients' health conditions and treatment needs using scientific methods and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) techniques.
- Design personalised treatment plans based on evaluation results.
- Skilfully apply manual therapies (such as TCM tui na and sports massage) to meet patients’ diverse needs.
- Monitor patients’ recovery progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain complete medical records, documenting patients’ diagnoses, treatment progress, and outcomes.
- Continuously update professional knowledge, keeping up with advancements in TCM physiotherapy and modern medicine.
- Participate in internal and external professional training to improve service quality.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Must hold relevant professional qualifications to practise physiotherapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK.
- Must be registered with the Chinese Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine Alliance (CAHMA), demonstrating expertise in TCM practices, including acupuncture and herbal therapies.
- In-depth understanding of physiotherapy principles, musculoskeletal conditions, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Ability to incorporate acupuncture, herbal therapies, and other complementary TCM methods into personalised treatment plans.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and medical teams.
- A patient-focused approach, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient base.
- Commitment to high professional standards, with attention to detail and exemplary conduct.
- Proactive participation in continuing professional development to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
