Summary of Position The Assistant Restaurant Manager owns guest-experience continuity from queue entry through seating, table journey and farewell. This is not a traditional FOH-led General Manager role. Our Farringdon restaurant is evolving towards a faster, more streamlined, QSR-style operation.
