Corrochios is a Mexican restaurant, taquería, Agaveria, bar and late-night destination in the heart of Dalston opened by Guadalajara native Daniel Carrillo in 2021.

Previous Experience: Must have at least two years experience as a restaurant manager.
Personality: A positive and confident person who understands hospitality beyond just serving food and drinks.
Guest Experience: Passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences and ensuring that guests feel comfortable and valued.
Appearance: A professional, well-dressed appearance that conveys experience and authority.
Leadership and Organisation: Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Problem-Solving Under Pressure: Ability to handle pressure and resolve challenges effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with reservation platforms and point of sale (POS) systems
(currently SevenRooms & Square)
Work Ethic: Someone who is proud of their work and workplace.
