1. Customer Service – Greet and assist customers, offer styling advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience. 2. Product Knowledge – Understand the brand’s products, fabrics, and collections to answer questions and make recommendations. 3. Sales – Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and meeting targets. 4. Merchandising – Keep the shop floor tidy, replenish stock, and ensure displays are visually appealing. 5. Cash Handling – Operate tills, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges accurately. 6. Stock Management – Receive deliveries, manage inventory, and report stock issues to managers.

We are looking for a Part Time/Full time Sales Assistant preferably with an alternative look to work in our alternative fashion retail store in Camden Market. Lots of training will be given. Due to the nature of the job this position is ideally suited to a a female as the role involves dressing up ladies. Permanent contract hours 20~40h/wk
