The Opportunity We’re looking for a GMC-registered doctor (post-F1 or equivalent) to join us as a Clinical Associate, with a primary focus on clinical reporting, data insight generation, and product development. As a Clinical Associate, you’ll operate at the intersection of medicine, technology, and systems design. You’ll use your clinical reasoning to shape how intelligent, agent-driven tools support care, working closely with product and engineering teams to build solutions that are not only innovative, but safe, effective, and deeply aligned with regulatory standards. This is more than a clinical role. You’ll help define how postnatal care is delivered at scale, translating frontline insight into product decisions, ensuring operational feasibility, and embedding quality and governance into everything we build. It’s a role well-suited to doctors who have completed foundation training and are looking to apply their clinical skills in a systems, product, or operational role. What You’ll Do 1. Clinical reporting & insight generation • Analyse holistic patient data, including biomarkers, questionnaires, and clinical context, to build a comprehensive picture of postnatal wellbeing, • Synthesise complex clinical information into clear, structured, and patient-friendly reports that support understanding and action, • Identify results that require follow-up, escalation, or clinical review, in line with governance protocols, • Support patients with queries related to their reports within the limits of your competence, • Continuously improve report quality, clarity, and clinical robustness through feedback and iteration 1. Product & clinical data development • Work closely with product and engineering teams to design and refine how clinical data is captured, structured, and presented, • Translate frontline clinical insight into scalable product features and workflows, • Contribute to the development and evaluation of AI-enabled tools, ensuring outputs align with clinical guidelines and best practice, • Support testing, validation, and iteration of clinical reporting systems and decision-support tools, • Help define how “great” looks for clinical outputs (e.g. report quality, safety thresholds, usability) 1. Clinical operations & service design • Support day-to-day clinical operations to ensure safe, effective, and well-coordinated care delivery, • Contribute to the design and refinement of end-to-end care pathways and operational processes, • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in care delivery and propose structured improvements, • Help ensure a seamless, joined-up experience across patient touchpoints 1. Care coordination • Support coordination across the multidisciplinary team, ensuring accurate and timely information flow, • Assist with follow-ups, referrals, and pathway management, • Help ensure patients experience coherent, well-organised care journeys 1. Clinical governance & quality • Work within Hesta Health’s clinical governance framework, policies, and escalation protocols, • Contribute to documentation, safety processes, and quality improvement initiatives, • Maintain appropriate clinical judgement and risk awareness despite a non-patient-facing role, • Provide feedback to clinical, product, and operations teams to continuously improve safety and quality What You’ll Bring You’re a proactive, structured, analytical thinker who enjoys turning messy, real-world user problems and information into clear, actionable insights. You’re curious about AI and new technologies, move quickly and pragmatically, and take a solutions-oriented approach to both delivering what a patient needs right now, as well as improving how healthcare works at a systems level. Job Summary We are looking for a Waking Night Support worker / Carer to join a lovely team around a 19 year old teenager who has epilepsy, non verbal autism, movement disorder and additional health needs. He lives at home with his family and friendly dog. Weekly hours We are looking for someone to take on 2 regular waking nights (13hr each night shift) ideally Thursday and Friday nights (but please let us know which nights work for you and we can then consider). These are strictly waking nights. More weekly hours are possible sometimes but not less hours The young man needs someone to spot seizures or other health emergencies and if needed call the parents who are in the same house. The monitoring is with seizure video monitor and heart rate monitor and regular in person checks. These nights can be quite active - as if he has a seizure he might have to be accompanied via ambulance to A&E. Good command of the English language is essential. All training is during the day first through shadowing. About you: This position will suit someone who ideally has already worked with autistic and disabled adults and has already experience. But we would also be able to train you in personal care, catheterisation, medication administration, peristeen and positive behaviour support and other essential skills. His environment will need to be kept clean and tidy (it is not a cleaner position but to ensure that his environment stays tidy, safe and fit for purpose). You will help with his laundry too. We would prefer someone to work on a self-employed basis with a UTR number (not cash in hand). It is exactly 26 hours minimum per week. We hope to find someone who has specific interest in special needs. It is not a summer job but we hope to find someone to commit for a minimum of 12months. That's why we would prefer someone who has studied or will study a related subject eg Psychology or nursing or similar. One would need to be strong and fit to support and keep safe someone with a movement disorder. The suitable applicant would be flexible and be able to take on extra shifts from time to time. You would often work together with other team members at the beginning or end of your shift (eg for bath time). Day shifts might available too on occasion if you are interested. You should be responsible, cheerful, honest and very reliable and physically strong and healthy. You will be trained by members of the experienced team in all of his health needs but also the principles of ABA - a behaviour therapy. You will need to attend some of the team meetings too. We would need someone to take on 2 waking nights per week – the nights we need covering are the nights we need covering are Wednesday and Thursday. These are 13 hour night shifts in the family home of the young man. These shifts are strictly waking nights to spot seizures (with video monitor and heart rate monitor). We are looking for someone experienced. On waking night shifts you need sufficient time to rest as you will need to be awake and alert during the waking night shifts. This position can not be taken as a second position next to a full time job. There is the for more hours with either an occasional extra night or day time shifts. We ideally need someone who legally can work more than 20 hours per week. It might be suitable for a student of a related field (medical, Psychology or anything health related). You would often work together with other team members at the beginning or end of your shift (eg for bath time). Day shifts might available too on occasion. You would be assisting the young man with everyday skills and activities as well as feeding, bathing and toileting. It would be preferable if you are experienced with IC catheterisation otherwise we will train you. When working a waking overnight you will need to make sure that he is safe and alert parents in case of a seizure. You need to tidy and keep his environment clean and tidy. You should be responsible, cheerful, honest and very reliable and physically strong (relatively tall) and healthy as he needs a lot of support and is immune compromised. You will be trained by members of the experienced team in all of his health needs but also the principles of ABA - a behaviour therapy. You will need to attend some of the team meetings too. There will be a general schedule but you will still need to be a bit flexible and sometime cover for other people in the team. You should: • Commit for minimum a year., • ideally be self-employed., • Invoice at the end of every month, • Able to work legally in the UK, • Be based in London, • Non Smokers and non Vapers only., • Needs to be comfortable with dogs.
