Duties include managing shop performance, coordinating staff rotas, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing stock management, procurement, and maintaining compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards. You’ll handle cash management, budgeting, and sales reporting, resolving customer queries efficiently. Ideal candidates will have experience managing fast-paced food or retail environments, excellent leadership, strong organisational skills, and the ability to motivate staff to achieve high standards.
