Plan and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure customer deliveries are completed efficiently and within agreed schedules. Monitor competitor activities, wholesale market trends and customer demand to identify opportunities for business growth and service improvements. Prepare management reports covering sales performance, logistics operations and customer trends. Manage and train sales and logistics staff, ensuring effective coordination of customer orders and deliveries.
