Our menu is always expanding with innovative, delicious, and healthy drinks that make our customers smile. The Role: As a Juice Bar Specialist, you'll be at the heart of the action. This is a hands-on role where you'll create memorable moments for every customer who walks up to our counter. Your key responsibilities will include: • Crafting our signature drinks with precision and passion – from crushing sugarcane to perfectly preparing fresh coconuts., • Providing exceptional, friendly, and efficient customer service in our fast-paced mall environment., • Educating customers on our menu and helping them find their new favourite drink., • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety., • Operating the till and handling transactions., • Working as part of a dynamic, supportive team to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing. Key Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment and onboarding of restaurant staff to meet franchise staffing needs., • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, payroll, and right-to-work compliance., • Provide HR guidance to management and staff, ensuring consistent application of company and franchise policies., • Ensure compliance with UK employment law, health & safety, and franchise HR standards., • Support staff training and professional development to align with franchise expectations., • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary processes., • Work with management to plan staffing levels and succession planning in line with franchise growth., • Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to the management team.
