LG –Innovation Partner for Vehicle Electrification - Infotainment / Connectivity / Intelligent Driving / Software Sales Assistant (m/f/d) Your Tasks: • preparing customer quotations for new business, • administration of change management activities, • initiating and monitoring pre-series (development & call-off sample) deliveries, • checking SW/HW version(s) of production sites vs customer demands, • Supporting market research and competitor analysis to assist sales strategy., • preparing product/project presentations, • supporting various customer negotiations and meetings, • supporting demand management fulfilment of the customer and follow up of the timely delivery including proper documentation., • monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s, • updating of relevant customer information, • liaison with different stakeholders (internal) to solve customer requests., • ensuring adequate and timely customer communication, • managing unit prices & order conditions, • Handling customer sample orders and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery., • Coordinate effectively across time zones to minimize delays in communication between European HQ(Germany), Global HQ (South Korea), OEMs (UK), and internal production site (Vietnam) Your Expertise: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or Engineering, • If prior experience in sales support or the automotive industry is highly preferred., • Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and teamwork., • Good analytical skills, • Very good knowledge of Excel, Power point, and ERP systems, • Basic economic & logistic knowledge, • Good communication and interpersonal skills, • Interest in sales and administrative tasks, • Fluent in English Please send us your complete application documents including earliest start date and salary expectations to We look forward to hearing from you!
