Job Description: Legal Internship – Property Law Firm We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented and well spoken Legal Interns to join our growing property law firm. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property law while supporting our legal team. The Internship is for a total of 2 months. Ideal Start date would be April. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research on property law matters, including land ownership, leases, and Conveyancing transactions. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, deeds, lease agreements and Land Registry title plans. Organize and maintain case files and documentation. Support Solicitors and case handlers in providing client updates, preparing for meetings and helping clients through the process. Requirements: - Degree in Law, or currently studying/completed other appropriate legal qualification. - Strong research and analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - High attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. You will be an integral part of a growing business and thrive on closing deals. We invest in commercial and residential property by way of company acquisitions and require an experienced RICS qualified individual (at least 2 years PQE) or someone with a broad history (5 year +) in the industry. Role consists of diverse duties, managing files from inception through to post completion. Caseload consists of HNW transactions, freehold, Leasehold, purchase on behalf of private Ltd company, New build, Transfer of Equity. Completing transactions to tight deadlines. Commercial leases, assignment and grant of new commercial lease. The ideal candidate to have client following and to have good communication and technology skills and to be able to use Leap software and be comfortable with the use of technology. The ideal candidate will need to have minimum 5 years PQE. The role is office based only, no hybrid or remote work available.
