WHAT YOU'LL NEED
2 years + experience in a similar role in a high quality kitchen
Willingness for progression to the next step within back-of-house operation
Ability to contribute to menus developments, recipes and their specs
Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
Experience with staff training and development
Experience with ordering and stock and cost margins control
