  • Effectively working alongside the Exec Chef running the operations.

Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Food&Safety, stock control, costings and ordering.

Experience at Sous Chef level in a busy restaurant is a MUST as well as a genuine nice personality, no big ego!
Around 48 hours a week (there may be some early starts)
