Zuma is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to join our amazing team. As we plan to open new restaurants across Europe, we are seeking a skilled Sous Chef - Future Projects to support us with these exciting projects. This role will involve hands-on training in London before taking on responsibilities in our new locations.

The Requirements
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or higher, in a high-end, high volume restaurant
Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
Previous experience in Japanese cuisine (preferred but not required)
Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
