
Steak Chef:
Cook steaks to precise temperatures across all major cuts (ribeye, fillet, sirloin, T-bone)
Master searing, grilling, broiling, and reverse-sear techniques
Source and assess beef quality, grades, and aging
Prepare sauces, sides, and garnishes to complement dishes
Manage grill station during high-volume service
Maintain HACCP food safety standards
Monitor stock, reduce waste, and assist with ordering
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Barista:
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks to a consistently high standard
Operate and maintain commercial espresso machines and grinders
Develop latte art and ensure excellent drink presentation
Advise customers on coffee origins, roasts, and brewing methods
Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organised throughout service
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Maintain knowledge of seasonal or specialty menu offerings
Follow food hygiene and allergen guidelines
Waiter/Waitress:
Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and daily specials
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen
Deliver dishes promptly and check in on customer satisfaction
Develop strong menu knowledge including allergens and pairings
Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
Process payments accurately via till or POS system
Set and clear tables efficiently between covers
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff during service
