
Pastry Chef – Join the Team at Belle Epoque Patisserie Belle Epoque Patisserie is looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their craft, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing a variety of pastries and baked goods, including dough preparation, fillings, proofing, baking, and decoration. Following daily production schedules to ensure fresh, high-quality products are available each day. Preparing and presenting products according to recipes and company standards. Using baking equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and personal hygiene. Monitoring food quality, consistency, and portion control. Checking equipment and food temperatures and reporting any issues promptly. Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and organised operation. What We’re Looking For Passion for pastry and baking. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. A strong team player who works collaboratively Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Previous pastry or bakery experience is preferred.
