Tu día a día Bajo la supervisión del Director de Facilities y del Manager de Mantenimiento, darás soporte administrativo al departamento, asegurando la correcta gestión, seguimiento y cierre de los pedidos y su correspondiente documentación. Tus principales responsabilidades serán: Generar y tramitar las órdenes de pedido del departamento de Mantenimiento de acuerdo con las necesidades identificadas y los procedimientos internos del hotel. Realizar el seguimiento de los pedidos desde su creación hasta su entrega, manteniendo una comunicación fluida con proveedores y con el equipo interno. Verificar el estado de los pedidos, fechas previstas de entrega y posibles incidencias, realizando el seguimiento necesario hasta su completa resolución. Coordinar con los proveedores y departamentos implicados para asegurar que los materiales y servicios solicitados sean recibidos correctamente. Registrar y actualizar la información de los pedidos en el sistema Adaco, asegurando que las recepciones queden correctamente registradas y finalizadas. Mantener organizada y actualizada la documentación asociada a cada pedido, incluyendo presupuestos, órdenes de compra, albaranes y cualquier otra documentación necesaria, de acuerdo con el sistema de archivo interno del departamento. Comprobar que cada pedido quede completamente cerrado, tanto a nivel documental como administrativo, evitando pedidos pendientes o documentación sin registrar. Mantener actualizados los registros internos relacionados con pedidos, proveedores y compras del departamento. Dar soporte en la preparación de informes y listados de seguimiento, facilitando al equipo una visión actualizada del estado de los pedidos pendientes y finalizados. Colaborar en la mejora y organización de los procesos administrativos internos del departamento, especialmente en lo relacionado con el control y trazabilidad de los pedidos.

The Role We're looking for a reliable Dock Assistant to run our daily port operations from mid-September to the end of October. This is a part-time role of approximately 10 to 20 hours per week, based on our booking schedule. Dock operations Check-in: Welcome clients at the dock, verify ID and booking, explain the boat controls and safety rules, complete the rental paperwork, and assist with departure. Check-out: Receive the boat on return, carry out a full condition inspection (hull, engine, propeller, equipment), take photos, file a damage report with the client if needed, and close the rental documentation. Each check-out includes a basic clean of the boat. End of day: The last check-out of the day includes extra time to thoroughly clean both boats and prepare them for the following day. Availability We operate across four daily time slots, so we ask for daily availability across the day. Because clients arrive and return throughout the day, and sometimes come back earlier than scheduled, we need someone who lives very close to the port and can reach it within 15 minutes for every check-in, check-out, or unexpected return. Living near Port Fòrum or Port Olímpic (ideally the Poblenou area) is essential to deliver the best possible service, as you'll be going to and from the dock several times a day.
