Supervisar el pipeline comercial, conversión de oportunidades y rendimiento del equipo. Impulsar el crecimiento de nuevas cuentas y mercados. MICE, Eventos y Grupos Definir e impulsar la estrategia comercial para Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions (MICE). Potenciar la captación de congresos, convenciones, reuniones y eventos corporativos. Consolidar relaciones con agencias especializadas y organizadores de eventos. Maximizar la comercialización de espacios y salones para eventos. Revenue Management y Distribución Trabajar conjuntamente con Revenue Management para optimizar ADR, RevPAR, ocupación y rentabilidad. Participar activamente en la estrategia de pricing y distribución. Analizar el mix de negocio y rentabilidad por segmento y canal. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en canales directos e indirectos. Marketing y Posicionamiento Colaborar con Marketing en el desarrollo de campañas comerciales y acciones de generación de demanda. Garantizar la coherencia entre la propuesta de valor, posicionamiento y estrategia comercial. Impulsar la notoriedad de la marca en mercados estratégicos. Liderazgo de Equipos Liderar, desarrollar y motivar al equipo comercial. Definir objetivos, realizar seguimiento de KPIs y promover una cultura de alto rendimiento. Detectar oportunidades de desarrollo y formación del equipo. Favorecer la colaboración entre Ventas, Marketing, Revenue y Operaciones.
