El Coordinador de Entregas de Gelato formará parte del Equipo de Operaciones de Iberia, con sede en nuestra Sede Logística en Sant Quirze del Vallès. Ubicación: Sede Logística: Sant Quirze del Vallès Punto de Inicio y Finalización del Turno: Sant Quirze del Vallès Área de Viaje: Centro de la Ciudad de Barcelona y Ocasionalmente Girona Responsabilidades Clave: - Cargar y transportar gelato de manera segura a varios destinos, siguiendo las instrucciones del Gerente de Almacén. - Planificar y seguir rutas eficientes para asegurar entregas puntuales. - Cumplir con todas las leyes y regulaciones de tráfico para garantizar la seguridad de los pasajeros y la carga. - Mantener un historial de manejo limpio y reportar cualquier accidente o infracción de tráfico de inmediato. - Asegurar que todas las licencias, permisos y documentos necesarios estén actualizados y válidos. Mantenimiento del Vehículo y Almacén: - Mantener la limpieza y el orden de la furgoneta de entrega. - Ayudar al Gerente de Almacén a mantener el almacén organizado y limpio. - Reportar cualquier problema o mal funcionamiento del vehículo de inmediato. Apoyo Operacional: - Comunicar con el Gerente de Operaciones en Vivo sobre cualquier escasez o exceso notado durante la carga y las entregas. - Realizar conteos de inventario cuando se solicite. - Hacer cumplir las normas y procedimientos de Salud y Seguridad e Higiene Alimentaria. - Ayudar al Gerente de Almacén con las tareas diarias. Experiencia y Habilidades: - Licencia de conducir válida (Categoría B). - Competencia en la conducción de furgonetas con un sólido conocimiento de las carreteras locales y regionales. - Excelentes habilidades de navegación y capacidad para leer mapas y dispositivos GPS. - Buena condición física para manejar largas horas de conducción y tareas de carga/descarga. - Mentalidad proactiva y resolutiva. - Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y organización. - Familiaridad con un entorno de almacén y prácticas de gestión de inventario. - Conocimiento del idioma inglés es una ventaja. Turnos: - El trabajo requiere 40 horas de trabajo por semana, de lunes a domingo. - El horario puede cambiar según cualquier emergencia que pueda ocurrir. - Trabajamos en días festivos.
