ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now recruiting for a Bar Supervisor to lead the large team at The World’s End & The Underworld, London. This full-time position is a great opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to kickstart or advance their career in the industry while being flexible to meet the business team. Joining the team as a Supervisor, you’ll ensure every shift goes like clockwork. That involves enabling your team to deliver the best possible service and confidently dealing with any issues that arise. You’ll also get to know busy times, and ensure we’re ready for them, and organise rotas accordingly. We think of ourselves as a close-knit team and you’ll help to ensure that everyone feels supported and confident in their roles. We’ll support you with a place on our Supervisor Development Programme mentored by the wider team to ensure you feel part of our big family.
