The Lamb and Flag is an iconing Greene King pub just off Oxford Street in Central London. We are currently looking for a kitchen team leader looking to step up in his career into a kitchen management role. The right candidate must be reliable, flexible and hard working and experienced with food safety and overall pub kitchen procedures.
