  Hi! I'm looking for another production assistant for my production unit in Dalston. Welcome to the Pemmican Project! My goal is to create the best and cleanest animal-based foods and make them available to everyone, everywhere at the lowest possible price. All the production currently happens at my facility in Dalston, there's currently one other employee to help you learn everything you need to know. The role includes: • receiving & inspecting supplies, • drying the fresh beef, • preparing the product, • packaging, • Preparing and sending shipments Most of the work is done either alone or with another person there and the work is ideal for either listening to music/podcasts/audiobooks while you work. The ideal candidate is very orderly with attention to detail. Punctual and a self-starter. You need to either have or acquire a level 2 food hygiene certificate in order to start.

At the centre of this is the build-out of a modern Data Platform and Data Marketplace on Snowflake and AWS, designed to support system modernisation, domain ownership, and long-term growth. The organisation has experienced significant demand for its data services and is now establishing multiple Data Product Squads to support both transformation and ongoing operations. It is a product leadership position operating across platform evolution, integration, and structured data enablement. The Role You will work within a growing Data Product structure, partnering closely with Data engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver scalable data capabilities. The role is multfaceted but a Product purist role, shaping the Product roadmap and strategy, managing the back long, triaging issues and outputs and really ensuring successful delivery. As part of the wider transformation, the organisation is migrating core systems - including a move from a legacy CRM to Salesforce - and ensuring these platforms integrate effectively into the Snowflake-based data ecosystem.
