What you’ll do As a Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth service and maintaining our high standards. Your responsibilities will include • Polishing and preparing cutlery, plates, and glasses., • Refilling restaurant stations with clean, polished serviceware., • Supporting the floor team with set-up and service duties., • Maintaining cleanliness across service areas, including pot wash and linen bins., • Sweeping and keeping the floor and terrace immaculate before and during service., • Assisting with end-of-service duties, ensuring everything is cleaned, organised, and ready for the next shift.
