Role Overview:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing an outstanding guest experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service, uphold high standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and offering recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with restaurant service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe dining area.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge or interest in Indian cuisine and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
