Baker – Full Time Preston’s Village Bakery – Cranham Preston’s Village Bakery is a family-owned bakery at the heart of the Cranham community. We take pride in producing fresh, high-quality bread, cakes, and rolls daily, and we’re looking for an experienced Baker to join our friendly team. The Role As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking a range of fresh products with a strong focus on bread and morning goods production. This is a full-time position working 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, including night shifts to ensure our products are prepared fresh each day. Key Responsibilities - Mixing, preparing, and baking bread, rolls, cakes, and morning goods - Following recipes and maintaining consistent product quality - Monitoring baking times, temperatures, and product standards - Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the workspace - Working efficiently as part of a reliable, friendly, fast-paced team About You - Proven baking experience is essential - Reliable and able to commit to night shifts - Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Friendly attitude and strong team player - Passion for baking and producing high-quality products What We Offer - Full-time position (8-hour shifts, 5 days per week) - £30,000 per year - Supportive, family-run working environment
