Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences., • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations., • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently., • Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for tab management., • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when required., • Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and report any shortages to management., • Uphold the establishment's standards of service and contribute to a positive team environment.
