The menu focuses on simply prepared British produce, celebrating the provenance of locally sourced fish, meat, and fresh vegetables, as well as sharing roasts on Sunday. Drinks range from cocktails to a carefully curated wine list, and a comprehensive beer list. The Position The right Senior Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. The Successful Bartender will have: Prior experience as a Bartender within a fast paced-quality restaurant or bar; Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in; A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail; Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn; The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;

The role includes setting up the kitchen for service, assisting with lunch and prep, and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance.
