
Food Junkee Jiffy job Food Junkee Catering Services has an immediate opening for hot food sales Delivery Drivers. This is not a multi-drop/manufacturer/LGV delivery driving job. Weβre looking for confident, professional, and self-motivated individuals with huge personalities to join our established team as the only Afro- Caribbean hot food delivery service. Duties/Responsibilities: β’ Starting at 8 am, you will load your van full of freshly prepared hot & cold food that you then take out to sell to your set route of customers., β’ You will be given a route, to begin with, and your job is to maintain the sales and increase them over time by building the route and maximizing the business available in the working day., β’ Cold calling is a huge part of the job so you must be confident walking into a room and selling the service we provide., β’ You can earn more when selling more, this would be added weekly!, β’ You will be responsible for keeping the vehicle safe throughout the day, making sure serving areas are thoroughly clean and tidy and drinks restocked at the end of each day, and cashing up your tin accurately before debriefing each day with your manager and going home. Requirements: β’ Have a full clean UK driving license. Β· Managing tenant arrears and implementing debt recovery procedures. Β· Reconciling income and expenditure. Β· Calculating and managing recharges (e.g., insurance premiums). Β· Preparing completion figures for new lettings and lease changes. Financial Reporting: Β· Preparing monthly and year-end financial reports. Β· Assisting with budget preparation and variance analysis. Β· Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. IT Proficiency: Experience with accounting software, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and other relevant software. Property Management Knowledge: Understanding of property management processes and regulations. Debt Management: Experience in managing tenant arrears and implementing debt recovery procedures. Budgeting and Forecasting: Experience in preparing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analysing variances. Compliance: Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
