As the Employee Relations Manager, you will lead and manage all employee relations matters across the organisation, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and line managers, supporting them in handling complex people matters while fostering engagement, inclusion, and organisational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, absence management, safeguarding-related staff matters, and performance issues., • Provide expert advice on UK employment legislation and internal policies., • Conduct and oversee investigations, ensuring fairness and adherence to best practices., • Support and coach managers to enhance people management capabilities., • Monitor ER trends and offer data-driven recommendations for improvement., • Support organisational change initiatives and formal consultations., • Ensure HR policies remain compliant and aligned with sector best practice., • Promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture. What You'll Bring: • Proven experience in Employee Relations or a senior HR advisory role., • Strong knowledge of UK employment law., • Demonstrated ability to manage complex casework independently., • Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills., • Experience within the education, training, or apprenticeship sectors is desirable.
