Supervise and support the café team throughout daily operations. Lead shifts and take responsibility for the café in the absence of the Unit Manager. Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, including coffee. Ensure café standards, food safety, hygiene, and brand requirements are consistently maintained. Support the induction, training, and development of new team members. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently. Complete opening and closing procedures in line with company standards. Support stock control, food waste management, cash handling, and café administration. Help deliver café sales targets while maintaining excellent operational standards. Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with the Unit Manager and wider team to support operational performance.
